Ramallah – June 18, 2026 Major General Yousef Injas, Deputy Director of the Customs Police Directorate in Salfit Governorate, participated today, Thursday, in welcoming His Excellency the Minister of Interior, Major General Ziad Hab Al-Reeh, during his visit to Salfit Governorate. Also present were the Deputy Governor, Mr. Mahmoud Saleh, the Secretary of the Fatah Movement in the Salfit region and member of the Revolutionary Council, Mr. Abdul-Sattar Awad, and directors and representatives of the security establishment and officers from various security agencies.

During the meeting, the overall situation in Salfit Governorate was reviewed, and the most prominent needs and challenges facing the governorate were discussed. Emphasis was also placed on the importance of strengthening coordination and cooperation between official and security institutions to serve citizens, bolster their resilience, ensure the continued provision of services, and consolidate security and stability in the governorate.
