Ramallah, June 11, 2026 – The Customs Police, represented by the Deputy Director of the Jericho and Jordan Valley Directorate, Lieutenant Colonel Hassan Farid, participated today, Thursday, in welcoming Attorney General Akram Al-Khatib and his accompanying delegation at the Jericho and Jordan Valley Governorate headquarters. The meeting was attended by the Governor of Jericho and the Jordan Valley, Dr. Hussein Hamayel, representatives of security and civil institutions, and members of the Governorate's Sub-Committee for Reform and Civil Peace.

The visit aimed to strengthen coordination and cooperation between official institutions. Several issues of mutual interest were discussed, with the goal of serving citizens, upholding the rule of law, and maintaining security and stability.
