Ramallah _ 28/2/2023 The commander of the customs police force, Major General Iyad Barakat, met today, Tuesday, in his office in Ramallah, the Governor of Ramallah and Al-Bireh, Dr. Laila Ghannam.
This meeting comes within the framework of discussing ways to enhance joint cooperation and discussing issues of interest that are in the interest of the country and citizens.
In addition, the work plans that will be implemented during the holy month of Ramadan were discussed in terms of the customs police intensifying its field and monitoring efforts on shops and markets in cooperation with the relevant partner authorities. To ensure the availability of basic commodities and the absence of any illegal materials in the markets, control and regulation of commercial movement, the safety of goods and commodities, and non-monopoly.
