Ramallah _ 1/26/2023 Major General Iyad Barakat, Commander of the Customs Police Service, received today, Thursday, a member of the Central Committee of the Fatah Movement and the Commissioner of the Commission for Arab and People's Relations, Brother Abbas Zaki, and his accompanying delegation, at the headquarters of the Authority in Ramallah.
For his part, Major General Iyad Barakat welcomed this visit and gave a detailed explanation of the agency's work in protecting the national economy and providing health and food security for our Palestinian people.
In turn, Brother Abbas Zaki thanked Major General / Barakat for the good reception, and praised the role of the police force in protecting the national economy, supporting the local product, combating customs smuggling and tax evasion, and controlling markets, and for the qualitative shift that took place in the apparatus since Major General Iyad Barakat took command of the apparatus.
