Ramallah _ 1/24/2023 The commander of the customs police force, Major General Iyad Barakat, received today, Tuesday, in his office in Ramallah, the Palestinian government spokesman, Dr. Ibrahim Melhem.

In his turn, Major General Barakat welcomed Dr. Melhem, and briefed him on the mechanism of work of the customs police, which focuses on preserving the economic and food security of our Palestinian people, and improving the collection of revenues to supplement and increase the state treasury to achieve sustainable development.

For his part, he thanked Dr. Melhem Major General / Barakat for the good reception, and the price of the police officer's efforts in protecting the national economy, and implementing the government's directives that aim to make the State of Palestine an encouraging and supportive state for investment and an exporter of Palestinian products to various countries of the world.
