Ramallah – October 19, 2026 – On Monday, the Director of the Customs Police in Hebron Governorate, Colonel Fadi Abu al-Qarn, participated in welcoming Major General Tawfiq al-Tirawi—a member of the Fatah Central Committee and Commissioner of Mobilization and Organization—during his visit to Hebron Governorate.
Major General al-Tirawi was received at the Governor’s headquarters, in the presence of the Governor of Hebron, the Secretary of the Fatah movement’s Central Hebron branch, and the directors of the various security services in the governorate.
Following the reception, Colonel Abu al-Qarn took part in a meeting held at the Governor’s headquarters, where discussions focused on the latest political and field developments, as well as ways to strengthen cooperation in a manner that serves the national interest and preserves civil peace.
