Ramallah – October 12, 2026 – The Governor of Jenin, Mr. Kamal Abu al-Rub, along with leaders of the security establishment, honored the Jenin District Commander, Brigadier General Munir Abu Kashk, and his deputy, Colonel Nael Rayan, on Monday. The gesture served as recognition for their efforts during their tenure in the Jenin Governorate, as they prepare to transition to new assignments in another governorate.
