Ramallah – August 13, 2026: During inspection tours of shops and markets, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the relevant departments of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Health Department of Nablus Municipality, seized approximately 450 kg of unfit pineapple on Thursday. The fruit showed signs of spoilage and decay, posing a potential health risk to consumers.

Consequently, the relevant authorities ordered the destruction of the seized quantity and the completion of all necessary legal procedures.
