Ramallah - July 27, 2026: During a joint security operation, the Customs Police and Preventive Security forces seized over 1,300 liters of smuggled fuel, suspected to be adulterated, from a vehicle with Israeli license plates and another vehicle in a warehouse in Jenin Governorate on Monday. The fuel was packaged in plastic jerrycans, the use of which is prohibited due to the significant risk it poses to public safety and vehicles.

The seized fuel was impounded pending the arrival of representatives from the Palestinian Petroleum Authority to complete the necessary legal procedures.
