Ramallah - April 26, 2026 - The Director of the Customs Police in Nablus Governorate, Colonel Ahmed Bisharat, met today, Sunday, with the Governor of Nablus, Mr. Ghassan Daghlas, and the Commander of the Nablus District, Colonel Muhammad Al-Rajoub.

During the meeting, Colonel Bisharat conveyed the greetings of the Commander of the Customs Police, Major General Iyad Barakat, to the Governor, emphasizing the agency's continued commitment to combating smuggling and seizing contraband goods, thereby contributing to the protection of the national economy and the strengthening of the rule of law.

For his part, the Governor commended the role of the Customs Police in maintaining economic security, stressing the importance of enhancing cooperation and coordination among all relevant parties.
