Ramallah - April 6, 2026 As part of its efforts to raise awareness of the role of the Customs Police in protecting the national economy, the Public Relations and Media Department of the Customs Police organized an awareness meeting for the Tamayuz Winter Group, affiliated with the Sharek Youth Forum, on Monday in Ramallah and Al-Bireh.

The meeting included a presentation on the Customs Police's duties in combating smuggling and protecting markets, as well as ways to enhance communication with citizens to report any illegal activities. The importance of cooperation between the Customs Police and the local community was emphasized, along with a discussion on ways to raise awareness so that individuals become active partners in protecting the economy.

At the end of the meeting, the participants were given a field visit to the checkpoints operating in the city, where they learned about the field efforts undertaken by the Customs Police, which helped them gain a deeper understanding of the achievements made in protecting society.
