Ramallah - January 12, 2026: The Customs Police in Jenin Governorate, represented by its Director, Colonel Ahmed Bisharat, participated in welcoming Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Mustafa and in the groundbreaking ceremony for a strategic project aimed at improving the water system and establishing water distribution networks for villages northeast of Jenin.

The event was held under the patronage of Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Mustafa, and in the presence of Jenin Governor Kamal Abu al-Rub, Head of the Palestinian Water Authority Dr. Ziad al-Mimi, World Bank Regional Director Stefan Impland, several members of the Cabinet, as well as prominent figures and representatives of official, security, and civil institutions, and the Fatah movement.

This project comes within the framework of government efforts aimed at developing infrastructure and enhancing water services in Jenin Governorate, contributing to supporting sustainable development and improving the quality of life for citizens.
