Ramallah, June 10, 2025 - The Director of Customs Police in Tubas Governorate, Lieutenant Colonel Saad Sayel, received in his office today, Tuesday, the Commander of the Tubas Region, Colonel Mohammed Al-Bazour; the Director of Preventive Security, Brigadier General Maher Abu Halawa; the Director of General Intelligence, Brigadier General Ahmed Abu Surur; the Director of Military Intelligence, Colonel Iyad Al-Nadi; the Director of Police, Brigadier General Safwan Barham; and the Director of Military Liaison, Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Samara.
The visit came within the framework of enhancing cooperation and integration among the security establishment in the governorate. Attendees praised the efforts and achievements of the Customs Police in combating customs smuggling and tax evasion, combating spoiled, counterfeit, and smuggled goods, and combating settlement goods, thus contributing to protecting citizens' food and health security. For his part, Lieutenant Colonel Sayel welcomed the visiting delegation, conveying the greetings of the Commander of the Customs Police, Major General Iyad Barakat, and emphasizing the importance of enhancing coordination and joint action among the various branches of the security establishment to serve citizens and promote the rule of law.
